          If your game is not listed on this schedule, referees will NOT be assigned. Please use the Game Entry Form on the left to enter the game.

     If you need to make a games change, the referees require 72 business hours notice or you will be responsible for their fees. Please use the Game Change Request form on the left for game changes. If less than 72hrs, please call our office at 614-591-3181. 

     Teams are to bring their 1/2 of the referee fees to each game.
